Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your destination. As a guide, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, and international orders within 7–14 business days. Estimated delivery time and shipping cost for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every Tritanea order ships with tracking. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package at any time, or visit our Track your order page for help.

Delays

Occasionally carriers experience delays that are outside of our control (customs, peak season, weather). If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier right away.
